Hi, everybody. Please help find a hole in the idea.
I have an GC, RTD and valid national passport. What if i will open the shengen visa in to my national passport and then go to the Germany(rtd no visa required). After that just fly to my COP(eastern Europe) using national passport. then using shengen i will return to the germany and then by using RTD fly to usa.
Do you think it is gonna be any problems.
Thank you.

Good luck and keep us posted about your experience!

i did the same thing many years ago, i went to my country through third country, actually i went through london,

i came back without problems, alot of people tried to warn me not to go,

but i did not care, my family is more important to me than immigration stuffs,

i came back without any problems, and i managed to get my green card too without any problems,

my advice to you, ask yourself who is important to you, your family or your
plastic green card,

good luck to you

You are taking a chance!

The matter here is not if you will be able to get your GC. The matter is the interview for citizenship, how do you explain going to your your COP for a social visit when supposly your live is in danger there?

To Freon

don not worry about citizenship interview,

nobody knows what kind of officer you will get for interview, and what kind
of questions they will ask you, they may not ask you anything

To the extent that you guys are discussing how to go a a particular country without letting the DHS know, I sugget you move the discussion off line (PM function).
