Senator Letter 1
We sent emails and faxes atleast 4 times over the last 5 months.
Looks like it helped a lot in getting our case approved.
Make sure you call you local office after you FAX them a letter...
GOODLUCK!

Respected Senator,
I'm writing to request your help in jump starting my application
for permanent residency (I-485). I've waited for more than 18 months since I filed my application and am yet to see any progress. I'm a well qualified individual gainfully and legally employed in your constituency and infact have strived to keep jobs in the area by making my team in Pennsylvania very efficient! I have a Doctoral Degree and have many years experience in high technology that is critical to the success of Pennsylvania and the United States.
I'm in a dire situation now! My fingerprints expire on 9/19/2003 and I desparately need your help to have my case looked at before it my fingerprints expires. I realize this is a last minute request, but I'm sure your good offices are efficient and reactive to meet this challenge! I've heard from my friends that your office has been kind enough to help other applicants in the past and I'm hoping you'll bestow the same courtesy on me.

Letter 2:
Respected Senator,
I wrote to you a few weeks back to seek your help in getting
my application for adjustment of status back on schedule. Your office in Allentown has been very helpful and I've been impressed
with their expediency! However, after having waited a total of 20 months since I filed my application, I am yet to see any progress. As I mentioned earlier, I'm a well qualified individual gainfully and legally employed in your constituency and infact have strived to keep jobs in the area by making my team in Pennsylvania very efficient! I have a Doctoral Degree and have many years experience in high technology that is critical to the success of Pennsylvania and the United States.
I seek your help again in getting the BCIS to pick my file for adjudication. I have seen very similar cases with similar receipt dates already adjudicated.
I do not understand why my case has hit the dust pile and received a less preferential treatment. I request your help in getting my case reviewed.
Appreciate your help!
