How to get Travel record from USCIS?

Thanks. How to fill the form for trip? - Do they prefer 1) some dates on Form and the rest on Excel sheet or 2) every dates on excel sheet and note on Form "see seperate sheet''?

My total number of trips exceeded the space available on the form. I first filled out all the spaces available on the form (last trip first), and then attached the rest of the trips on a separate sheet attached after the N400, clearly labelled with the question number and the word "Continued".

No problems during the interview.

I filled my form the 2nd way - nothing on the form but "see attached" and all trips on an attached sheet that follows the format of the table.
