how to get recommendation letters from Gov. agencies

I'm planning to apply for NIW, and my attorney told me recommendation letters from Government agencies would strengthen my case. But I don't have any direct contact with any of these agencies. Is there any way I could ask for a letter from them?

As in the case of obtaining recommendation letters from other experts in the field, you would need to write and request such letters from the Government Agencies as well.

Apart from this, there is no other short cut.
