I am sponsoring my son for a green card (he is under 21 years of age and I am a US Citizen). We submitted his DS 230 Part 1 and 2 and they have come back and said we need to send Police Clearance Certificates from all places he has lived for more than 6 months since he turned 16. He has lived in 3 cities: Pune, Delhi and Ahmedabad. We have spoken to police authorities in Delhi and they say they will not issue a PCC because he is no longer a resident in Delhi.
I am getting no clear answers from the National visa center. Each one is saying something different.
Has anybody been in a similar situation? How was it resolved?
How does he get Clearance certificates from 3 places? Please advise. We are running out of time and he will be 21 this november
