Hey folks my H1 expired on April 10th and I have revalidation appointment at Calgary on May 10th. After revalidation do I need to do anything specific to get a new I-94 at Calgary airport (because INS clearance is at Calgary airport itself and not in US).
Last time when flying to Canada I-94 was not taken from me and no new I-94 was given to me at Calgary airport. But in that case I-94 still had some days left (was not expired).
Is there something like paying $7 and getting I-94 at airport (similar to Mexico - US border crossing)?
How the heck do I get an I-94 on my passport while entering US from Canada?
