How to get interim EAD from CSC?

My wife is close to completing her 90 days wait period for the EAD card. Could someone please tell me how to go about getting the interim or iEAD? I mean where to go, what documents to take, any appointment required(if yes, what\'s the number?), etc.

Also, will it have any effect on her original EAD card application that will probably be pending for some more time?

go to ur local INS office. bring with you a valid state id, original I765 (EAD application receipt) as well as your I485 receipt and passport as well.
 
Carmina, Do you need original receipt or a copy will do ??

I thought copies of I 765 receipts will do. Do you really need the originals ??
