How To Get In State Tuition To Go To School

Ok Is There Any Possible Way That ......Living Here IN AZ ...And Graduated From One Az Hs One Year Ago , Having A B1 B2 Visa(even I Knew It Was Illegal But They Dont Ask Me For Anything...) THAT I Can Get Into College Like I Did In Hs And Paying In State Tuition???? ... I Mean What If I Give Them Documents Like My Transcripts And Address Or I Dont Know Something To Get In-state Tuition ?? Is There Any Way Possible!!! :(

Staying not legal and want state tuition fees. You are stealing tax payers money.
For any university you have to prove your status and SSN before getting in, it is not HS.
