how to get h1-b paper from employer

Hi Attorney,

Is there any way I can get my H1-B papers from my employer as i went for Change of status from L1 to H1 and now my employer is not giving me my H1-papers and he want me to sign some agreement before he give that too me.

What is the way out as i want my H1-B papers from my employer and I am not sure about the attorneys he is working with ?

As my employer wants me to sign one year agreement with him and i have allready joined him couple of weeks back and now he wants me to sign the agreement.

Any kind of help appreciated.

Before physically working for them you should have asked for it.
