How to get Green card for spouse ?

I have Green Card. If I get marry a girl in US or out side US how to get green card for my spouse ?

I would like to know few things:

1. If my spouse is outside US, no visa to come to US.
2. If my spouse is in US on H1-B, L1, F1 or B1 visa
3. If my spouse is outside US and having a valid B1 visa

Are these things listed in any web site ?

Any details is help full.
