how to get an interim EAD from Memphis,TN

Hi All,
My EAD is going to expire in 3 weeks. My EAD renewal receipt is already over 90 days. Can anyone tell me how to get an interim EAD from Memphis(BCIS District office),TN. What documents do I need to take ?. Is there any fixed day for Issuing interim EAD's at Memphis,TN

Hi

Memphis does interim EAD work only on Mondays .
U have to be there early as posible .

Do the data entry stuff at the ground floor ( Gaurd give a number token ) , go to counter , explian and
show
1. the original recipt of renewal application ( as a proff that U applied Texas and paid fee and here after 90 days) ,
2.Original I 485 reciept or copy
3. Proof identity baoth passport and drivers licence

they enter the same in thier system give U reciept .
Now take the reciept go to 2nd floor pick a token and when called show reciept and U will be photographed.

They allow up to 2-30 , but process upto 4 pm.
so U got to be in before 2-30 .

In case if U go late or miss due to any other reason even if its their problem ,
U have to go there only on following next Monday . They are very adament and not yielding even to Congressional intervinience. The power they got ever since they were brought under DHS.
