How to get a list of INS Approved Surgeons

Please help, My RFE is for me
The ins is requesting RFE to prove that the Civil surgeon who performed my medicals is on the Approved list of Medical Doctors. If this is not the case I am supposed to take the Medicals again. Please advise. Where can I get a list of Approved Doctors for MA.

Does this mean I have to take my Phsyicals again. I checked the list from the 1 800 number and I found that the doctor who certified my results ; he is a civil surgeon and his Clinic name comes up in the list of doctors. I am talking about this if any one has time to dig in

Did INS only ask you to represent proof or did they say the doctor who perform the exam on you is not INS approved physician, even though the doctor is on the list?
