How to get a LC receipt for 7th-year extension?

As far as I know, my state SWA do not give out receipts for LC applications. What can be used to file for the 7th-year extension? Thanks very much.
 
Ask your attorney. He/she might be able to tell you. when did you file your LC. If you filed it 365 days or earlier as of today, you can file for your H1 extension under the new law that was signed by the president on 2nd November 2002.

My employer had filed for my h1 revokal,I found a new employer who is going to file my h1 transfer with in a week.what happens to my status if my old h1 is revoked before i get the approval of my new h1?

If i get a lin no am i in status?
please advise me
