how to get a emergency AP?

Hi, Guys:

Can I bother you for three questions about AP? Since I have no experiences on this.

1) Do I need an excuse/reason for applying AP when I file your I-485?

2) If say, 90 days passed after I filed AP application, can I get an emergency AP if I really need? If it is possible, does anyone, by any chance, know how to get it?

3)If I go outside U.S. on AP. what is the longest time I can stay outside U.S. ?

>>Any reason is fine, like visiting family.

>> Unfortunately, we dont have any thing like iAP after 90 days.
Emergency AP is given only with a valid reason( to my knowledge, its only in case of immediate family member's hospitalization etc)


3)If I go outside U.S. on AP. what is the longest time I can stay outside U.S. ?

>> Until the expiration of AP.
