How to get a copy of approved I-140 or Receipt of I-140

Hi,
My employer/Attorney is not willing to give me a copy of my approved I-140 or a copy of Receipt of I-140 Application or a copy of my approved Labor certification or a copy of Labor Certification Application partA. If I ask the attorney a copy of it he says that "it is the property of employer and he will it to me only with my employer's permission". In my case my employer is not cooperative at all.
Wondering how to get a copy of any of the above documents to answer any future RFEs for I-485 or Renewing my EAD. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated!

under FOIA you can get copy of your file from USCIS it may take 2-3 month to getcopy of LC, I-140 from USCIS. you can also get copy of LC from DOL through FOIA
