How to get 750A Job description?

I came to know that when we use AC21, the job description of current job and future job should match. Where can I find this "Job description"? I only have copy of my 750B. What if my employer has mentioned something else on 750A (which is what matters, as far as I know) ?
 
I think the job description mentioned in the section 15 of ETA 750B form for your most recent employer should be the job description you can use as Job description for AC 21
