How to get 140 Approval Notice ?

How logn does it take to get the Actual 140 Approval Notice.

Online Message Says If 14 days passed please check with uscis .

But my lawer says, after calling USCIS they told to initiate the inquiry after 30 days.

Anybody faced this situation of not receiving 140 approval after 14 days,

What did you do?


Any suggessions and your experiances will be greatly appeciated.

Here are some my information. My I-140 was approved 4/26/04, and I just got the original notice from our CEO, he also gave me the envelope that came from USCIS, the mailing date is 4/28.
 
What is the Use of 140 Approval Notice ?

How it is being used in the case of concurrent Filling?

Do we need the Original or A copy will do ?
