Check your I-140 approval notice.

If the approval notice has been forwarded to NVC (National Visa Center) then you have chosen Consular Processing in the 140 application. If not, it is AOS.

i was going to call VSC AVM, most probably my 140 is approved for AOS. I jus want to confirm.
Do U have NVC AVM number, when I call there, my info shud not be there, right>

Govinda, how to find out if you don\'t have a copy of I-140 approval notice? My company doesn\'t give I140 copies.
