Was this done at the border? Then it would depend on what you told the officer.
If it was by mail, if the I-94 number on your approval is the same number, your sponsor has been REPLACED, with the new one, so your old sponsor is no longer.
Another way is to look at your I-129 petition, to see if the correct box was checked for CONCURRENT employment.
