How to file a case in Labour Law and INS

Can someone please suggest me how to file a case in Labor Court and in INS against all the injustice done by my ex-employer.

My employer has done lot of contract breaches and I want to file a case against them. Please suggest how should I move forward and file a case against them.

Some contract breaches are:
1) They did not pay me for first 30 days after I came to US.
2) They were paying me less salary than that was offered in offer letter.
3) They didn't increase my salary after 6 months as written in offer letter.
etc..

I think you can report to the DOL's Wage & Hour division using form WH-4 available @ http://www.dol.gov/esa/forms/whd/WH-4.pdf.

But not sure how this would affect your H1B status if you are not paid on time - though this is none of your fault - you being working for the employer.
I hope there is some whistleblower protection - that reporting the information to the DOL will not jeopardise your lawful status.
