Hi all, I am US Citizen since 2008. I'm planning to invite my father to come to US for my wedding around April 2010. Right now I work as an administrative assistant and my annual salary is around $21,000. I also have a second job and its annual salary is around $3000.

In form I-134 Affidavit of Support, question number 7 (employment question); where do I have to put my second job? There is only 1 line to answer the type of business so I guess I have to put my main job only there. So if you cannot put your second job information on the form, is that ok to answer the next question (how much annual income) based on combined income from two jobs instead of one job only?
Or is it ok to include attachment of your second job information with this form like in another piece of paper?

I just want to give the impression that I do have sufficient income to sponsor my father. Is there any other idea how to enter your second job information and total annual income on the form?

Thank you so much.

No offence, but not much difference between $21,000 and $24,000. Your father would have a better chance, in my opinion, if he applies for a visit visa on his own without your I-134.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Another thing, my father applied for a visa to attend my older brother's wedding two years ago. He was refused at that time because the IO knew that my brother is out of status here. Right now his case is being processed because his wife (permanent resident) is sponsoring him. Do you think the embassy will give my father visa this time? Thx
