How to enter Canada for US visa Revalidation?

Hi Guys,
I guess, we apply for a visitors visa to enter Canada for revalidating our US visa stamps.
How do I apply for visitors visa to enter Canada?
Is it issued immediately? if so, I plan to go to Vancouver (BC), which Canadian counsulate should I go to?
What kind of questions do they ask?
Should I tell them that I am visiting canada for US visa revalidation?

What supporting documents do they need?

I am also going to vancouver for my first time H1 visa stamping(F1 to H1) on 31st october....

I applied for the Temporary Resident Visa to Visit Canada in the speed post to Losangeles... I received that with in 5 days....

They process that visa on the same day and post it to u...

I Just send Original passport, visa documnets(I 797) copy, Employment letter, copy of Bank statement and if u have appointment in vancouver already send that copy also....

Except passport all the other documents must be ZEROX copies
