How to EAD and AP

I am applying for EAD and AP for my wife and me. I have already applied for I-485 and I-140 in Sep2002. I got couple of questions for I-131 and I-765 form.

Form I-131 (Travel Document)
(1) In Part 7 of this form, it asks for explanation on a separate paper for "how you qualify for an Advance Parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of Advance Parole". What should I write?

Form I-765 (EAD)
(1) In row 16 of this form it asks for Eligibility Category code: is (C)(9) right.

(2) Documents to attach with this form.

for I131 support letter see immihelp. you can write any legitimate reason- elderly parents, scheduled family event, settle property activities...

For 765
If you are employment based , per

docs: I485 receipt copy, check, ADIT photos (with I485 receipt number, name and A# if you got it- not likely for concurrent applicants), copy of I140 receipt
