How to do a status enquiry using NSC ?

I tried calling NCS number and couldn't find the option to do a status enquiry. Can someone please help ?

This is from this forum, hope this helps:
Make sure you have your case# and Alien#.

1-800-375-5283
Chose Options: 1, 2, 6, 1, EAC#, 1, 3, 4, CustSupp Lady.
or these Option: 1, 2, 6, 1, EAC#, 1, 3, 2, 1, CustSupp Lady.
