How to do?? 1-485 has been 2 years, no 2FP, nothing!!

my i-485 rd is nov. 2001. now it has been 2 years,
no 2fp notice, what can I do to push them give me 2 fp notice?
does anyone in the same position, what did you do ?
please help!!!!

Call the 1-800 number, they may never give you report, or the report is useless, but it will trigger something, like 2nd FP (good) and/or REF.

Try applying EAD renewal if possible. This might trigger FP2. I think it did in my case.
