Call them or Contact your congressman/senator

You should call the service center or local congress man. to find out.

No luck at calling NSC

I phoned the Customer service number (NSC) and after and going through a ridiculous number of options and then waiting for about an hour and being transferred, and then waiting for another 30 mins, they told me that they do not have access to that information and no one else could help out either.
Is there really no quick way to determine if your background check has been completed? Should I just wait for my AOS initial interview and they can tell me there?

You can contact either your senator or house representative and ask them to initiate a status inquiry with FBI. See if the attached file in the following thread helps..

Good luck,
