how to count the period of job order

I posted my job order on Oct. 16. and close it on oct. 18.

I count my job order from Oct. 17 to oct. 18, which is 32 days. Am I correct? Thank you.

From OCT. 16 to OCT. 18 are 2 days

sorry, end date is Nov. 18 which is Saturday. So my lawyer put end data as Nov. 20. Is he correct?

I think so. I read a post recently that a PERM got rejected because it ran from June 1st to June 30th, which is apparently 29 days!! So you should be fine. Good luck with the approval
