How to correct name on EAD receipt

I had applied for EAD recently and today got the receipt for it, but found that the name was mispelled on the receipt notice, can anbody let me know how to correct this.

Can I call the IIO and correct it by phone, or do I have to file any sort of correction form.

Appreciate your help.
 
See the address at the bottom of the receipt notice. That is where you send correction information. Send copy of notice and a document for proof of your name 's correct spelling.
