How to correct errors in I-797 Approval notice??

Hello Members.
Can any one of the experts clarify the following queries -

1) How to correct errors in I-797 Approval notice? Please provide the link & forms to use?
2) Is there any specific time frame within which it has to be done?
3) What would be the usual response time for such error corrections from USCIS?
4) Will the timeframe would be different, if the initial I-129 was submitted using a Premium processing?
5) Will there be issues while requesting for H1B extensions(while submitting I-129 forms) including re-capture of time stayed outside USA?
6) Will the question 5 differ, if the H1B extension is for the 7th Year with re-capture request made at the same time of filing I-129?

Please clarify. Your valuable inputs will be very much appreciated.

I 797can be corrected

If USCIS has made mistakes, you can get new I 797 issued, . please call them and explain the situation.
You can fax the documents, for correction- including the copies of I129, with a covering letter, what are the corrections to be made.
