How to coplain bad lawyer

Hello,

I hired a lawyer for my green card application from the beginning. After LC approved, I paid the rest of fee. But as the lawyer didn't file I-140/I-485 with all necessary documents, my application was denied. When I asked the lawyer the next action, he had no idea. I had to pay other lawyer for appeal. Although I had paid all legal fee, the lawyer didn't finish his job and refused to refund. How can I complain this lawyer and where I send complain to?

there is a bureau where you can file a complaint against attorney but unfortunately I do not know the name. Try calling some local county offices for information.
