How to convert B2 to working in the U.S.A.?

I'm on B2 muitiple 10years visa.
1). Do I have to go back to my homeland country to issue a working visa if I want to work in the U.S.?or whether I can change my visa status from B2 to working visa while I'm living in the US.?
2).What is the form if want to convert from B2 visa to working visa?

well you need a sponsor who will aplly for H1 for you. They should be able to take care of all the forms for you.
