how to contact Operator at NVC number 603-334-0700

   Which number should be pressed to get connected to Operator? When i call NVC number 603-334-0700, i dont hear any options to get connected to Operator. Please help!!!!!

when it asks for the case number, enter a wrong one. then it connects you to the operator. i learned it from postings here.
