How to contact NWD- to see if AC-140 packet is received by them

My lawyer sent the AC I-140 packet to New Delhi a few days ago. How can I check with them( by email or phone ) if they have received it.
COuld some on give me the tel .no or the email of New Delhi embassy.

Hi Monu,
I also sent my AC-140 packwt to NWD on Friday. I will give them atleast 1-week from the date of delivery to enquire about the case. Below are the contact #s for NWD:

Thanks for the info. Yes, I will also wait for a week before calling them.
Can I email them from my account or should the lawyer do it ?
Does NEw Delhi accept all AC I140 cases or they can reject them also ?
We should stay in touch with each other and follow our cases together.
