How to confirm the change of address?

Called IIO re: change of address
Quite an unexpected experience!
IIO said that he didn't know if the address change went thru,
but he said that he could put it thru electronically.
In fact, one of the options on the NSC 1-800- 375-5283 is
"to change your address, press...".
Anyway, he took down my receipt #, A#, new address, old address, name, email address, home phone, cell phone, asked if I had other applications pending (yes). I could hear typing in the
background, so I assume he was entering everything.
He said that I should receive something in the mail in 3-4 weeks
confirming the change of address (and possibly a status update).
He said he doubted that anyone would send me email or call me
on my cell phone, but just in case....
The only status update he could offer was the stuff on the
website....
Reminded me a few times to send in the AR-11 as well.
I sent the AR-11 on 6/20 and faxed CSC on 6/19 with change of address forms.
