How we can trace and confirm if the person holds an immigrant visa , and still living in the Philippines. where can we trace thier records. if possible you can direct a reply at ikab6209@yahoo.com

Having an immigration visa (Green Card) visa holder can stay maximum a year outside US, if stays more GC will be abandoned and can not re enter US.
