Can sb provide some ways to complain to USCIS high rank our feeling? Though I don't think it can affect anything, I don't want to be crazy. Since we have been tortured so long time(I know sb RD in 2001 has not approved) and some of us feel unfair(I am glad see RD 2004 approved, but my feeling is worse), we do need some chanels to express our feeling, dismay, distress. I don't like to see psychy doctor.

Try personally and individually...you are at the wrong place
While your feelings are well understood, you are probably asking this at the
wrong place and wrong forum.
The vast majority of people visiting this forum have formed a sort of toothless
chaotic group who, I believe, have so-called "leaders" with firmly entrenched
opinions that INS is doing us a "great favour". We are the lucky favoured
doled out with favours from our master's. That's why you will see almost a
Tower of Babel kinda environment here.
If you were to try to express what you feel as a group, I am 100% sure you
won't get even one backer....again people, almost everybody, is afraid, that
if s/he were to participate in any such effort, s/he would be treated
vindictively by INS. Its this absolute sense of fear that has resulted in the
total lack of anything coherent and effective.
Hence, any lack of co-ordinated efforts and a total acquiescence in
status quo..in other words let matters be where they are. Instead, folks
here, led by "leaders", are experts in detecting hidden patterns based
on LUD status or stuff like what time of the day USCIS updated its online
system. I believe some of these spreadsheets and pattern detectors
may even be sold as reports etc to USCIS !
My 2 cents is....if you are satisfied with Excel Spreadsheets Data Entry,
pattern detection and arguments-exchange kinda stuff, use this forum
by all means; if not, I would suggest you try something entirely personally,
w/o any hope for help or co-operation from any of your "peers" here. Think
what's a logical step and pursue it entirely on your own. Your time/efforts
are much better spent that way.

Did you contact your local congressman and senators. Some forum members (if not many) got approved after their local lawmakers requested USCIS regarding the status. As you are not new in this forum, I guess you saw many threads regarding this topic. When you write to your local lawmaker(s) it's important that you let him/her know that you and your family are going thru hardship due to non-approval.

I can tell you from someone who has followed the route of
Congressman etc.. While there's no harm trying to contact them, I really
doubt how much mileage you will get out of it. They will also respond to you
in windows of 30 days, 60 days, 60-90 days etc...2-3 such windows will
make for a whole year.
While people think that contacting them has helped ( and I don't have
any proofs to the contrary ), its my belief that such approvals have zero
correlation to contacting Congressman. Again, its a hunch, no proof.
If you would ask me, I would suggest send a letter titled
"To The Director : VSC : FOR PERSONAL ATTENTION" and make a personal
appeal for his/her intervention in your case.
See if you hear something in a month or so...If you don't, I don't think
there's any way out of the imroglio.

it's true there is no assurance that contacting conggressman/selator will help. But why not take a chance. At also help you to know your conggressman - whether you want to vote this person when you get citizenship. Every congressman/senator office is different and they deal with these kind of issues differently. Some even don't bother to respond. It also depends on how the person contacts. I have seen some cases in this forum where their security checks were expedited or file was assigned to adjucators. I main check California forum regularly and you will find ample number of threads regarding this topic.
Person like Sumanta tries to apply his/her own experience to everyone else - as if it cannot/should not be different. As he/she himself/herself said "there's no harm trying to contact them" (just ignore his "doubt").

yes all have their "true" colors (including you and me). Unlike you I don't hide my true color. You pretend that you are giving "good advice" (I was not first person to reply this thread, buy you), but you basically vent out your own frustration - calling other forum members "leaders", "tower of badel", ineffective forums etc. Instead of letting other people drawing his/her own conclusion about forum or forummembers, you try to "plant" your own conclusion in other people mind.And, yes I reply posting "matter of day", because I come here regularly and don't consider it as "wrong" place.
