How to check whether my EAD was lost or not?

I checked my online status for my third EAD. The online message says my case has been approved on Feb. 1, 2006 and an approval notice was mailed. So far, 14 days has passed and I haven't received it yet. I tried to follow the instructions in my online approval notice, calling the 1-800-375-5283. But it seems they just repeat the words shown on my online approval notice. I tried to verify my address but couldn't find a way to talk to a human being... I sincerely hope anyone here who ever experienced the same problem could give me some clues on how to check whether my EAD was lost when they mailed it to me. I double checked my mail address on the EAD receipt. It is correct. So, what could be wrong? ;-((((

I am in same boat

My EAD was lost in mail. Actually I never recieved it. I talked to this 1-800 number and they told me to apply a fresh one with new filing fee. Anyway my employer is sponsoring me for my H1 extension .
