We had our I-485 approved on 11/20/2001, and had our pp stamped in NYC on 11/30/2001. Today, we called IIO in VSC, and was told that the documents needed to make the plastic card has not been received from local office.
Does anyone have the idea how to check the status with local office regarding this issue? What is the number to call?
