How to check status when 40 weeks close

Does anyone know how to check the status? I knew the call center has been closed. The only way to do is use fax. What is fax number? How do they reponse to you, send you fax back or letter?
 
online service only for those case has been transfered or interviewed

It is not working for me and I beleive some other people also
