How to check PRIORITY DATE

I have labor approval notice that says 'regional' received my labor from state on Mar 5, 2002.

I understand my PD date is the received date by 'state'.

How can i check my PD date is?

Check your I-140 approval notice (if its already approved). It has your priority date.

Unfortunately I don't have I-140 approval. Any other means?

It's also listed on approved LC.

Else, call your attorney. S/He should be able to provide you information regarding PD.

If nothing works, request your papers (I-140/LC) from USCIS using FOIA. Search for ‘FOIA’ in the forum and you will get details on FOIA procedure.
