how to check NIW application status ?

guys

i filed NIW-EB2 application ot VSC a while ago and received the EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx

When i was trying to check my status over telephone, i was asked to enter the 13-digit number. But the number after EAC is only ten-digit. Do i have to input EAC as the number standing for them on the telephone key board ?
how do you guys check your status ?

You need to dial numbers for EAC too. Rest is same.
