how to check my status?

hi,everybody,I'm a new comer here.I filed I-485 last June,and would like to know what my status is now.Can anybody tell me how to check it out?thanks.

thank you.I know this website,but it doesn't

tell me enough information.I had my fingerprint done half years ago,but the website doesn't tell me if INS has recieved it or not and how's it now.I was told there's an AVM which can tell you more details about your status,anyone know the phone number?Thanks!

You can call National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283 and find out the status. Most of the time AVM and web site messages are same.

I had my fingerprint done in Sept last year and there is no message change on either AVM or web. You will find many people in the same boat so don't worry.
