how to change to H1-B premium processing

Hi,

Last month I got my first H1-B transfer from company-A to company-B. Now company-B has filied my H1-B as normal, so i have not received the APPROVAL yet.

In this case I have following question.

# Can company-C do H1-B transfer on then before i get approval for company-B's application?
# If not, can i change H1-B to premium processing, WITHOUT involving company-B?

Please guide me on this.
 
How recent is the last paystub from company A? Of course this is at the descretion of Company C lawyer, if that's agreeable, then A to C may go through. Otherwise wait till A to B transfer get through.

Company-A paystubs are more than a month old, so i dont think so that A-to-C transfer would be possible.

so i guess i shall wait for the approval.
