How to change the Social Security Card after getting the EAD?

My H4 spouse has a Social Security Card with the term of NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT. We have got the EAD because of I-140/I-485 filed. How can my spouse change the SS Card to the one with the term of the employment permit?

--- visit the SSA office fill up the form and show the EAD

---- IRS????? why the IRS will take that SSN card?? SSA and IRS are independent agencies. go to SSA site look for form or go to nearest SSA office they will give the form.

Yes, it should be the SSA, U.S. Social Security Administration. I have got the answer and post it here because your answer is not complete. Using the Form SS-5 to apply for the replacement card in the nearest SSA Office with the EAD card.
