How to change lawyers

Please advise on how to change lawyers.

Unhappy with current lawyer. Please elaborate on teh risks involved in changing lawyers and what can go wrong.

Be in touch with the new lawyer, he will take care of it. Basically, he will need to send new G-28.

but, seems like you have already replied to RFE and no other formal communication is expected from INS. There is no sense changing the lawyer just to make enquires. You can do it yourself.

What are the risks involved in changing the lawyer?
The new lawyer does say that he'll take care of everything. But we just want to make sure that the old lawyer doesn't jeopardize our case in anyway.

Are there any other enquiries besides level II that we can make?
Please also shed some light on what we should do.
