How to change COS to couslar processing.

Hi All,

I have a H1 petition that is under processing with COS from L1. Is there any way that I can change the processing to counslar instead of COS.

Does anybody has any experience?

Counselor will not process any non-immigration visa change of status L1 to h1.
You have to first get your H1 petition approved (COS) under quota, based on the approval notice counselor will issue H1 visa if you qualify.


Does anybody has any experience?
