How to change attorney name on the file??

Hello Gurus,

I have changed my employer an year back and I have sent signed G-28 through new attorney three times. But USCIS is still sending communications to old Attorney.

Please advise us how do we make sure new attorney name is updated in the file?

Is there any specific information need to mention in G-28??

--------------------ask your new attorney if he/she sent G28 with copy your I-485 reciept. ask him to contact the service center as he represent you. it is the job of attorney to send G28 if he/she represent you.

Please advise us how do we make sure new attorney name is updated in the file?
------------------ask your new attorney. he can write on cover letter that why USCIS is sending communications to old Attorney XYZ.
and can attach the copy of earlier G28 and can also send new G28 and can request that any communications related to I-485 reciept# or any pending petition # should be sent to him and not to XYZ as XYZ no more represent YOU(your name)
Is there any specific information need to mention in G-28??
