How to carry over PD from a previous companies I-140 approval?

Hi
I have just applied for a Labor Certification thru my current company. I had an I-140 approved through my previous company. I would like to utilize the PD of my previous I-140 approval. At what stage do i send INS/DOL the old I-140 approval so as to carry over the PD to my new petition.

to use I-140 PD date

When your LC gets approved, and when you apply for I-140, attach a copy of I-140 from previous approval. Also please mention that you want to use PD from the first I-140. So when you receive the new I-140 , you will have the PD ffrom the first I-140.
