Is anyone of you in this similar situation? If so pls. throw some help on what you did.
Q. How to capture a old PD in future when old application is still in BEC. But the new PERM application got approved and is ready for applying I-140. At which stage should I halt the new application to allow old appl. to catch up sothat I can use its PD for the new PERM appl.?
More info: I am having these applications at 2 different employers and PERM is a EB2 and old one in BEC is a EB3
