How to call TSC?

Can someone please give me the number at which I can call TSC, to find out the status of my 485? I called National Customer Service, they told they cannot forward my call to TSC.

Here is POJ method

POJ Method Described:


Call 1-800-375-5283.

Then choose 1-2-2-6-1

Enter your receipt no

Then -1

Listen to blah blah blah

Then press 3

Then press 4.

You will hear: “Welcome to TSC” ß--This is the confirmation that you are now connected to TSC.

Talk to rep, don’t annoy, be polite and to the point. Don’t repeat the questions to which he/she has already answered. Listen carefully.



Suggestion: Better try on Thursdays.



Also confirm their replies by using this methos again at different times of the day so that you don’t get same agent.
